Originally from Long Island, Joanne has been a licensed veterinary technician at Deer Park Animal Hospital since 1990.

Joanne attended the State University of New York at Farmingdale and graduated in 1985 with an Associates Degree in Veterinary Science Technology. During her studies, she was cited for her academic accomplishments and made Dean's List numerous times.

Joanne's hobbies and interests include gardening, reading, working out and breeding her Shetland sheep dogs.She has one daughter named Kristen, attending SUNY Stonybrook.

Veterinary assistant at Deer Park since 1999, Jennie attended Western Suffolk Boces and received a certificate for animal care and handling.

Following the 9 -11 tragedy, Jennie volunteered her skills by providing assistance to the dogs working at Ground Zero.

Some of Jennie's hobbies include snow boarding and gardening. She has one dog named Puppie and 5 cats named Fattie, Blackie, Timmie, Louie and Oscar.
